This cooling blanket is made from 90% nylon and 10% spandex. The spandex gives the fabric a gentle, four-way stretch, so the blanket moves with your body and stays in place without slipping off.

The fabric has a Q-MAX value of 0.4, which means it feels noticeably cool when it touches your skin. It does not trap heat. Instead, the fibers are woven in a way that helps heat escape quickly and moisture evaporate faster than regular cotton or polyester. This makes it a good choice for people who sweat easily at night or sleep hot.

The blanket is breathable, moisture-wicking, easy to care for, and has good color fastness with low shrinkage after washing.
