This yoga mat towel is made from 250gsm microfiber fabric – soft, highly absorbent, and quick to dry. It measures 63 × 183 cm, which fits most standard yoga mats. The towel weighs about 500g, light enough to carry to the studio or on a trip.
What makes it different from a regular towel:
The back side has silicone non-slip dots. When you lay it on the floor or over a yoga mat, these dots help keep the towel from sliding around during practice. You can stand, kneel, or step on it, and the towel stays in place – no constant readjusting. This is useful for yoga, pilates, or any floor exercise where you need a stable surface.
Color and printing:
The towel uses reactive dye printing – the colors are absorbed into the fabric, so they stay bright and do not fade easily after washing. It breathes well and absorbs moisture quickly, keeping you dry during sweaty sessions. The tie-dye patterns come in four colors: green, dark blue, yellow, and purple. Other patterns and colors can be customized – just contact us. We also offer custom logo printing on the towel.
Where to use it:
Yoga or hot yoga – place it over a studio mat for better hygiene and grip. The microfiber side wicks sweat away, and the silicone dots prevent slipping.
Pilates or floor exercises – use it directly on the floor as a cushioned, non-slip surface.
Travel or outdoor workouts – it folds compactly and dries fast, so you can pack it and use it in parks or hotel rooms.
As a gym towel – for wiping down equipment or laying on benches, though its main design is for yoga.
